THE BIGGER PICTURE
Richards has become a first-string choice under USMNT boss Berhalter, pairing him alongside Fulham veteran Tim Ream, but the 23-year-old has been consistently struggling for minutes of late. In total, he's only made just five appearances for the English side in the Premier League this season – so move abroad to Holland may intrigue the youngster. At PSV, he would join up with USMNT teammates Sergino Dest, Ricardo Pepi and Malik Tillman while Feyenoord would see him play with Concacaf rival Santi Gimenez of Mexico.
